is an established Civil & Building Construction company with over 3 decades of experience. We began by taking on small building projects and renovation works, but our hands-on approach led us to expand into Civil Engineering Works and Projects. Today, our core business includes being a specialist in insulation systems, particularly for Structural Steel, Roofs, and Façade Envelopes.
For Civil & Building Construction, we are registered as a Class G7 CIDB company and hold a PKK License, demonstrating our commitment to delivering high-quality construction services.

Some of our notable projects include the KL International Airport, Putrajaya Convention Centre, Putra World Trade Centre, Menara Telekom, Paramit Medical Device and Instrument Manufacturing (Penang), Western Digital (Kuching, Sarawak), Intel Pelican (Penang), 3rd Mile Square Commercial Shops, Tangkas Arena USJ, and Taman Industri Tangkas Penang SME Buildings.
Since 2008, we have held the UKAS ISO 9001:2000 certification by the Independent European Certification. Currently, we are certified to ISO 9001:2015, highlighting our continued dedication to quality management systems.
Our insulation business encompasses manufacturing, fabrication and distribution.
In late 2021, we obtained a manufacturing license to produce our own Cogent™ steel composite fire protection boards, allowing us to serve both the local and export markets.
Our fabrication facility supports prefabricated components and composites, enabling us to localize products and reduce site manpower. We are proud to produce the Cogent™ system panels and serve as OEM fabricators for renowned global insulation brands.
As a recipient of the Industrialized Corporate Program (ICP) Partnership with the Malaysian Technology Depository Agency Bhd, our insulated systems comply with international building standards and qualify us to engage in the worldwide supply chain. Moreover, we provide domestically manufactured solutions tailored to the Malaysian market.
Our technical ability to support projects has meant that we are regularly approached by established corporations to represent their products. We are an authorised distributor for a range of international brands from the US, UK and Europe for the Asia Pacific region.
We have also established a Special Projects Division in collaboration with Sarnatec and Nagatron, two locally established Malaysian companies. This collaboration forms a One Stop Solution for Roofs and Facades, combining technical expertise and practical skills to realize innovative architectural designs. Our services include structural steel works, integral insulation solutions, and master craftsmanship.
